This shit is B-A-N-A-N-A-S.

And to prove it, I made a short, crappy documentary about shoveling.

Shoveling out of the Snowpocalypse.

Hilariously incongruous salsa music in the background was unintentional, but maybe I should have put some in the rest of the vid. That wind you hear at the end? That wasn't messing around.

  1. Cute little house!

Seeing all that snow almost makes me miss the midwest. Oh wait, I did already.

Since you "shoveled that shit" does that take place of the daily shred?

And, were you wearing a dress with that ski mask? :)

  2. Girl, I truly can't believe what you deal with on the regular. That is insane. Has Hobby entertained you with stories of the South hurtling out of control with the slightest amount of precipitation? It must surely amuse him after growing up with this.

  3. I feel compelled to point out that this particular snowfall was way out of the ordinary. The roof of the Metrodome collapsed, which hasn't happened since 1983. It was one of the 5 biggest snowfalls in our history, apparently.

I still have to dig my car out and move it across the street so the plows can get through tonight.

  4. Girl, you are a stronger woman than I. I hope you rewarded yourself with some hot cocoa or cider or something after that effort.

  5. I had these cooling on a rack when I went outside, so yeah, I came in and ate 3 or 4.
